The Mindcraft was designed to connect the surfer to their equipment like never before, a mind surfing experience from the minds of two visionaries. The outline was chosen for its minimalism and pure function, „a seamless blend of straightened elliptical curves,“ says Daniel. The shape and design provide tons of speed and drive, with a feeling of pinpoint precision and the ability to turn on a dime – this board stays under your feet and goes where you want it to go.

Shape
This shape has a relatively gentle rocker that’s not too extreme but has enough tail kick to pivot nicely in the pocket. It’s volume is hidden in the center with a rolled deck, and has a low-volumed rail with a soft profile for bitey control and instantaneous response. The torpedo nose provides low swing weight and makes it hard to catch your nose with its curves. The bumpwing roundtail is a tail design Kelly was really excited about for this shape that gives the outline a nice overall balance. The bulk of the board your need between your feet so you don’t have to move around so much – you don’t have to move forward for barrels or backwards for turns so you’re in the sweet spot pretty much anytime you’re up and riding.

Sizing
Advanced surfers will want to ride this board 2-4 inches below their height. A more intermediate level surfer will want to stick to something a little below their height. Have an eye on your volume and add a extra Liter for the north sea. The low rail will allow you to go higher with the volume and still turn it hard.

Comes with 5-fin option, so enough room to test.
